- Activate your subscription. We will charge your payment method monthly.
- STEP 3:
- In 48 hours, you will receive your first training block complete with detailed rides and workout descriptions. Each training block is 28 days long, and before the current block is finished, you will receive your next one. In the meantime, lube your chain, check your tire pressure, and get ready to ride!
